In order to track your order, you need to visit our website and click on the “Track your order!” option at the top of the page. If you can’t find it at the top of the page, be sure to check the whole page and the option will be right around the corner.

Check the status related terms to get clear understanding:

Order received means your order hasn’t been processed yet.

Order processing is the stage between the warehouse and dispatching your ordered goods.
Dispatcher means your order has left our warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirming dispatch. Depending on our chosen carrier, you may receive a separate email from us that will detail how to track your order when it has left the warehouse. In the case of products such as furniture where there is a long lead time, “Dispatched” means that you’ve been charged for your order, and you’ll be notified of delivery separately.

Canceled means your order has been canceled either by you or by us.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel An Order

We start processing your order immediately after you click on “Place Order” button.
It may be possible to cancel your order while it’s under processing but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

Sign in to My Account at the top right corner of any Togotunic.net page and Go to your Dashboard.
Find the order you want to cancel in your main account page
If you see “Request Cancellation” button on the order details page that means it’s still possible to cancel the order.
You can click on “Request Cancellation” button to sends a cancel request, but it does not guarantee the order will be canceled

*If you don’t get any “Request Cancellation” button, that means the order is already being shipped and cannot be canceled.
